I need a few of these in the yard protecting my Boat and stuff.

I think they like RED meat. You would not have to worry about prosecuting the thief's.Just get rid of the bones

They probably don't like to be chained up either. God some people need to be beat.

Sorry to rant. But you are right. Something need to be done to protect these boats form theives.

Where are those pics from? In the first photo, it looks like an APE on a chain in the background. Must be photos from Africa or south america.

Considering that "ape" is a baboon and hyenas don't live in South America, I think your guess about it being Africa is probably correct
